If you rely on public transportation the blue ice hike in Juklavass glacier is possible to do as a day trip from Bergen, you can buy a ticket with both transport and glacier trip included. For our tours starting in Rosendal we recommend taking the express boat leaving twice daily from Bergen to Rosendal, in less than 2 hours. The most recommended and flexible way to move around is to have a private car. In Bergen you can find all the major car-rental companies, at the airport and downtown Bergen.
